Quick answer

For bathroom cleaning in Dubai, choose between routine upkeep and a defined deep clean of fixtures, floor, grout and reachable glass. Checked providers advertise AED 89 and AED 129 for their respective one-bathroom deep-cleaning packages. These are individual offers, not an all-inclusive market range. Confirm bathroom size, limescale treatment, materials, minimum booking and VAT.

Cleaning can remove suitable surface deposits. It does not repair a leak, unblock pipework, replace failed sealant or resolve hidden moisture damage. The right product for a toilet bowl may damage nearby stone or decorative fittings.

A quote for “one bathroom” can mean a compact guest WC or a large en-suite with a bath, two basins and a shower enclosure. Comparing room counts alone misses the surfaces and build-up that determine the work. Send photographs and define the result before comparing prices.

This guide covers bathroom cleaning in Dubai, with a particular focus on deep-cleaning scope and material protection. For an entire property's clean, use the Dubai deep-cleaning guide rather than multiplying a specialist bathroom price across every room.

What current bathroom-cleaning advertisements show

The examples below were checked on 8 October 2026. They are public provider package prices, not Bestimate transaction averages or quotations for your bathroom. Their room-size definitions and tax details are not normalised.

Ask for the total payable amount, whether VAT is included, any travel or parking fee and the price of agreed extras. A promotional package, hourly house-cleaning visit and specialist restoration quote should not be combined into one price range. If an hourly quote is offered, clarify the expected job total and what happens when the booked time is insufficient.

Compare your written quotes on the same basis

Use written quotes for the same complete cleaning job, normally quantity 1. Convert hourly or area-based offers into provider-confirmed totals first. Mark included, not needed and unknown charges honestly; an unknown required charge blocks a complete comparison.

Open the full bathroom cleaning quote comparison. This tool compares the amounts you enter, not provider quality, safety or market prices.

Illustrative arithmetic, not a market rate: AED 200 for the agreed job + AED 30 of separately charged products + AED 20 access = AED 250 before tax, or AED 262.50 if all those provider charges exclude 5% VAT. Count included products only once; this assumes every other required line is confirmed included or not needed.

Routine cleaning, deep cleaning or a repair?

What you seeUseful cleaning scopeBoundary to check
Ordinary marks and light residueToilet, basin, accessible fixtures, mirror and floor upkeep.Detailed grout and heavy scale treatment may not be part of routine cleaning.
Built-up soap residue or depositsMaterial-compatible treatment on specified tiles, fittings and shower glass.Etching, scratches and worn finishes are not dirt that stronger products can safely remove.
Dark sealant, dampness or repeated spottingDisclose the affected areas and ask what surface cleaning is appropriate.Failed sealant, recurring mould or hidden moisture can require repair or specialist assessment.
Drain smell, slow drainage or leakageAccessible surface cleaning only, if safe and separately agreed.Pipe cleaning, leak tracing and waterproofing are not ordinary bathroom-cleaning tasks.

For a persistent smell when water still drains, read the bathroom drain-smell guide. For moisture escaping the room or damaged waterproofing, use the bathroom waterproofing guide. A cleaner should not be expected to diagnose either from a photograph.

The finish determines which products are suitable. Cleaning cannot repair damaged seals, grout or coatings.

Choose products by surface—not by how strong they smell

List marble or other natural stone, plated taps, coloured sanitaryware, coated shower glass and decorative metal finishes before booking. Ask the cleaner to follow the relevant manufacturer's care instructions and explain the proposed product. If the material is unknown, resolve that uncertainty before applying aggressive stain treatment.

The Natural Stone Institute warns that acidic products can etch susceptible stone. A limescale remover suitable for one ceramic surface is therefore not a universal bathroom cleaner. Existing dull patches may be damage rather than removable deposits; ask for a realistic finish expectation instead of a “like new” promise.

Hansgrohe's care guidance also restricts aggressive acids, chlorine bleaching products and abrasive tools on its fittings. These are product-specific instructions, not a recipe for every tap. Ask whether the team will protect adjacent finishes and rinse or dry each surface as its instructions require.

Never mix cleaning products, including bleach with acidic toilet cleaners or ammonia-containing products. The CDC's household cleaning guidance emphasises following labels, appropriate protective equipment and ventilation. Tell the team about any product recently applied so they do not unknowingly combine residues. Do not request chemical mixing for a stronger result.

Cleaning and disinfection are different claims. If disinfection is specifically included, ask which suitable product and labelled contact time will be used; fragrance, steam equipment or a shiny surface alone does not prove a disinfection result. Keep children and pets away from wet work and chemicals.

Make the quote and handover specific

  • List each bathroom separately, with approximate size, shower/bath type, basins and toilets.
  • Photograph deposits, grout, glass and any damaged sealant; disclose leaks or recurring mould.
  • Identify stone and special finishes, or send the product care information if available.
  • Agree reachable walls, extract-grille surface dusting, cupboard exteriors and any items excluded.
  • Confirm utilities, entry arrangements, toiletries to move, final price and approval before extra work.

Cabinet interiors, dismantling extract fans, regrouting and replacing silicone should be separate items, not hidden assumptions. At handover, check the agreed fixtures and glass under normal light, inspect corners, and confirm that residues have been removed and the floor left safe. Record permanent staining or damage separately from unfinished cleaning.

Frequently asked questions

Does bathroom deep cleaning include limescale removal?

Ask which surfaces and deposits are covered. The method must suit the finish, and some marks are etching or wear rather than scale. A blanket stain-removal guarantee is not a substitute for assessment.

Will the cleaner replace mouldy silicone?

Only under a separately agreed repair scope. Surface cleaning and removing/replacing failed sealant are different tasks. Recurring growth or dampness may need the moisture source investigated first.

Can one product clean tiles, taps and marble?

Do not assume so. Check each material's care instructions. A product suitable inside a toilet bowl can be unsuitable for natural stone, metal finishes or coated glass nearby.

Are two bathrooms twice the one-bathroom price?

Not necessarily; providers publish package totals and rooms can differ substantially. Compare the written total for your actual bathrooms rather than applying a generic multiplier.

Will deep cleaning remove a drain smell?

It may address accessible surface residue, but persistent odour, slow drainage or leakage needs a different assessment. Do not book a cleaning visit on the assumption that it includes plumbing diagnosis.
