Padel Coaching Dubai: Private Lessons, Packages & Court Costs

Compare real court-based padel lessons by player count, duration, coach and court inclusion, equipment and package terms.

Private padel coaching examples in Dubai currently list AED 350–360 for a 60-minute individual lesson at two named clubs. That is a narrow advertised comparison, not a citywide tariff. Before booking, establish whether the figure covers the coach, court and equipment, whether VAT is included, and whether a group price is for each player or the whole group.

Padel lessons take place on a suitable padel court. A coach travelling to your community is only workable if a real court is available and the venue permits that coach to teach there. An ordinary home visit or tennis court should not be assumed to meet the booking.

How much are padel lessons in Dubai?

We checked the following primary club pages on 16 October 2026. Guest and member rates differ, and package terms need confirmation. These are provider advertisements, not Bestimate offers or a ranking of coaches.

Provider and lessonPublished amountConfirm before comparing
Viya Padel, Emirates Golf Club: one adult guest, 60 minutesAED 350 for one lessonTax treatment and written court inclusion; page says necessary equipment is provided at no extra cost
Viya: one adult guest, five or ten 60-minute lessonsFive: AED 1,650; ten: AED 3,000Expiry, cancellation, transferable sessions and coach availability
Padel Kingdom, Al Quoz: adult private lesson, 60 minutesAED 360 for one lessonCourt, equipment and VAT inclusion; package prices have separate terms

Sources: Dubai Golf's Viya coaching page and Padel Kingdom's Dubai rates. Both also publish multi-player formats. We have not turned those figures into a “per-person market range” because a group heading alone is not sufficient proof of the billing basis.

Compare the same coaching programme, with court time and equipment counted only once.

Open the full padel lesson & court cost comparison. Use your written prices: unknown costs remain unresolved, and comparable totals appear only after both scopes are confirmed.

Compare the full programme—not just the coach's fee

Use the calculator for the same number and length of sessions, same number of players and same payer basis. Enter your confirmed coaching amount, then court booking, racket rental and other agreed charges only if separate. Mark included items as included. Do not add a retail court-rental fee to an already court-inclusive lesson.

Illustrative comparison, not a provider quote: five sessions at a confirmed AED 250 coaching fee plus AED 100 court fee per session total AED 1,750 before VAT. If both charges exclude 5% VAT, the total is AED 1,837.50. A second confirmed, tax-inclusive AED 1,800 programme for the same five sessions is AED 37.50 lower. It is not comparable if one includes 45-minute lessons or a different group size.

The tool does not automatically divide a group bill by the number of players. Enter either the confirmed amount one person pays or the whole-group amount consistently in both quotes. For split payments, ask what happens when somebody cancels; the remaining players may not retain the same individual price.

Private, pair or small group: which format fits?

FormatUseful whenAsk before booking
Private, one playerYou want individual assessment or focused technical feedbackHow drills and feedback will support your specific goal
Semi-private pairTwo players of compatible ability want to learn togetherPair total versus per-player price, and single-player absence policy
Small groupYou want coached practice with others at a suitable levelMaximum players, grouping method and time spent waiting for turns
Match coachingYou can already rally and want feedback on decisions and positioningCoach participation, player count and whether the booking is 60 or 90 minutes

A group is not automatically the best beginner option or the cheapest meaningful lesson. Ask how the coach handles mixed levels and how much attention each participant receives. Conversely, someone who mainly wants social games may prefer a suitable playing group rather than repeatedly paying for private tuition.

Book a court and a coach that actually work together

Confirm the venue and court booking in writing before paying an independent coach. Ask whether that venue permits external instruction, who books and pays for the court, and who resolves a booking conflict. A coach being free at 7pm does not prove a court is available at 7pm.

Choose an indoor or outdoor setting deliberately. For outdoor sessions, agree how heat, rain or an unsuitable playing surface affect cancellation or rescheduling. For indoor bookings, ask which facility and court you will use rather than treating “indoor” as a guarantee of identical temperature, space or accessibility.

Check travel time, parking, changing facilities, access arrangements and any entry requirements relevant to your group. These practical details can determine whether a recurring programme fits your week, even when the lesson rate looks attractive.

Choose a coach for your level and goal

Give a short, honest starting point: never played; can rally but struggle with the walls; play socially but want positioning feedback; or preparing for a specific competition. Ask for padel-specific coaching experience and relevant qualifications, then request a proposed first-session focus. A general fitness background is not by itself evidence of padel instruction capability.

For juniors, confirm the age group, supervision arrangements, parent communication and cancellation rules. Do not place a child into an adult group solely because the hourly price is lower. A sensible introductory session can establish whether the teaching style and level are suitable before a larger commitment.

Bring suitable court footwear and follow the venue and coach's safety instructions. The International Padel Federation's rules require the racket's safety cord to be worn around the wrist. Have the coach check unfamiliar equipment and introduce court movement before progressing to faster drills.

Read the package terms before paying upfront

A package saving only helps if you can use the sessions. Ask when expiry starts, whether it pauses for travel, how far ahead preferred slots can be booked, and whether the same coach is guaranteed. Get the cancellation deadline and no-show charge in writing, along with what happens when the coach or venue cancels.

For illustration, a five-lesson AED 1,650 package works out to AED 330 per booked lesson if all five are used. If only four can be used and the fifth is neither refundable nor rescheduled, your spend per attended lesson becomes AED 412.50. That arithmetic explains the risk; it is not a claim about the named club's actual forfeiture policy.

When comparing padel coaching enquiries, specify your level, number of players, preferred area, lesson duration, court preference and available times. Use private booking fields for contact details. Court, coach and provider availability still need confirmation; a listed service is not a guaranteed slot.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a private padel lesson in Dubai?

The two current club examples reviewed here list AED 350 and AED 360 for a 60-minute individual lesson. Confirm VAT, court and equipment treatment before comparing; other coaches, venues and lesson lengths may price differently.

Does padel coaching include court rental?

Sometimes, but do not assume it. Ask who books the court and whether its full charge is included in the coaching amount. Avoid adding a separate rental rate to a confirmed all-inclusive lesson.

Are group lesson prices per person?

They can be per player, pair, group or programme. Ask for the total that you personally will pay and confirm the player count, especially if someone drops out. A group-column heading alone does not establish the billing unit.

Can a padel coach come to my villa or community?

Only if there is access to a suitable padel court and its operator permits that instruction. A garden, ordinary living room or standard tennis booking is not a substitute for an agreed padel venue.

Should beginners buy a large lesson package immediately?

Consider an introductory assessment first, then compare a package against your schedule, expiry dates and cancellation conditions. Lower cost per booked session is not better value if you cannot attend or the group level is unsuitable.
