Use that published amount only as an indicative starting reference, not a fixed quote or market average. The actual total depends on the written shelf list, mounting conditions, supplied parts, access and provider assessment. 'Concrete', 'gypsum' and 'tile' are not a complete fixing specification. Tile may be a finish over another material; a decorative panel may hide the wall that needs to carry the load. The installer should establish the actual mounting conditions and check hidden-service risks before drilling. Photos help plan the visit but do not certify concealed construction.
