Wipe clean
Use a soft, damp cloth. For food spills, a little mild soap is fine.
Air dry fully
Store unzipped to prevent odor.
Do not machine wash
Avoid bleach and harsh cleaners.
Keep away from heat
Heat can damage the insulation.
Good to know
- Pre-chill with ice packs for the longest cool time.
- Wipe the lining after carrying food to keep it fresh.
12-month warranty
Every Bestimate cooler bag is covered for 12 months from purchase against manufacturing defects.
First 15 days: return via Amazon
Within 15 days of delivery, returns and refunds are handled directly by Amazon — open Your Orders on Amazon.ae and choose “Return or replace items”.
After that: we replace it, free
If a manufacturing defect shows up within 12 months, we send you a replacement at no cost. You keep the original bag — no return shipping, no forms beyond one email.

How to claim
- Email support@bestimate.ae with the subject “Cooler bag warranty claim”.
- Include your Amazon order ID and 2 photos of the defect.
- We reply within 2 business days with your replacement details.
