How the truck-load calculation works
Dubai junk-removal providers frequently advertise by item count or a fraction of a truck, but a “full truck” is not a standard unit. This calculator therefore uses deliberately broad public price bands and asks you to compare the actual vehicle dimensions, photos of the load and included labour before treating two quotes as equivalent.
It uses the higher end-to-end range from the selected load size and waste-type floor. Access, dismantling and urgency are shown as quote flags without an invented multiplier. The result is a planning range, not a quote, transaction average or recommendation.

We reviewed public pages on 22 July 2026 and kept each provider’s advertisement separate from Bestimate data. Headline prices are not comparable unless the truck capacity, crew, loading, dismantling, disposal, access, VAT and waiting-time terms match.

Check a free bulky-item route before paying
Dubai Municipality has officially promoted a free bulky-waste disposal service for eligible residents and ordinary items such as furniture, electrical appliances and electronics. Its announcements also describe exclusions for real-estate development zones and free zones. Current availability and the booking route can change, while some buildings or communities operate their own process, so confirm your address and item eligibility before placing anything in a loading bay or beside a bin.
Start with the Dubai Municipality bulky-waste announcement and your building or community management. A free collection route is not an automatic AED 0 quote for every address, waste type or deadline.
Assumptions and exclusions
- Load fractions describe an approximate share of the provider’s vehicle; request truck dimensions or cubic capacity.
- Household ranges assume ordinary movable items and loading by a normal crew.
- Construction debris examples are per load and do not cover a full strip-out, structural material, asbestos or regulated waste.
- Chemicals, paint, oils, batteries, medical waste, asbestos and unknown material need the correct specialist route and are not assigned a normal price.
- VAT is optional because public pages use inconsistent wording. Add the UAE 5% standard rate only when the written quote states that VAT is excluded.
- The model does not price parking permits, building deposits, waiting time, hoisting, storage, donations or resale value.

Does the calculator price hazardous or construction waste?
It shows a reviewed per-load reference for ordinary renovation debris, but a full-property debris clearance, chemicals, paint, medical waste, asbestos and unknown materials require a site-specific approved route. Do not mix them with ordinary household junk.
