Drainage and anchoring need a drawing, not only a render
Ask where roof water enters the gutters, how it leaves the posts and where it discharges on your plot. A concealed gutter still needs a practical cleaning route. Check that outlets will not leave water across the main walkway, against the house or on a neighbouring property.
For a wall-mounted proposal, request the assessed attachment and weatherproofing detail. For freestanding posts, ask what supports them below the visible paving.
